  • 1 ½ teaspoons matcha powder ceremonial grade
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon depending on how cinnamony you want your latte
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons pure maple syrup or to taste
  • Ice for serving if serving iced

Cinnamon cold foam

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon oat milk
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar

Instructions

Warm maple cinnamon oatmilk matcha latte

  • Add oatmilk and boiling water to a blender with matcha powder, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend for 30 seconds until combined and frothy, then pour into a mug and enjoy!

Iced maple cinnamon oatmilk matcha latte

  • Add 3 tablespoons of warm water to a matcha bowl with matcha powder and ground cinnamon. Use a bamboo whisk or milk frother to whisk until frothy.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  • To a glass add ice and oatmilk then pour over your matcha mixture and serve.

Make cinnamon cold foam

  • In a small cup, combine heavy cream, oat milk, ground cinnamon, and cane sugar. Whisk until frothy and doubled in size using a milk frother. Gently pour over your matcha latte.

Notes

Cold foam: Don’t over-whisk your matcha mixture; otherwise, it will “swallow” your cold foam, and it won’t stay on top. Also, use enough ice. I had to fill my glass most of the way with ice in order to give the cold foam a “shelf” to sit on, so it layers nicely over the matcha latte.
