Matcha and Kale is a vegetarian food blog all about making delicious plant-based food from scratch. I love a good piece of fried chicken, but more than anything I need to add more fruits, vegetables, and healthy grains into my diet. If you are looking for lighter versions of your favorite recipes, you’re in the right place!

Matcha and Kale are two of my all-time favorite things. Everything from Green Tea Matcha Lattes to GIANT Kale Salads there isn’t much that I don’t enjoy that includes these two ingredients. On top of being delicious, they are nutritious and a great way to get extra greens in our diets.

I believe that healthy food shouldn’t be complicated or unenjoyable. I want to enjoy the food I’m eating and feel good about making it and knowing that the ingredients inside are good for me too.
